Where can I file a complaint I indicated to store managers about various issues, and nothing was done. Due to the hostile work environment I was in, I ended up resigning. I want to send a detailed letter to Target indicating all the issues that were overlooked. I can go into details, but will, only when someone requests information. Any information would be appreciated. My spouse also is in management at Target. Therefore, I couldn't go to HR or ethics due to the fact it would jeopardize her position. Please help...
