I left the services of Pipex in April 2008 part way through my tri-monthly billing cycle. 2 weeks before cancelling my account I was ssured that a refund of the remaining months would be processed back onto my credit card used to pay for my service. Upon cancelling my account on the phone I was once again advised this would occur. I did this and went on a trip through America on my return to living in Australia.
