I had a pearl for about 6 months when the earpiece in the phone died. After a great deal of effort on my part. (I'm a mac user) they made me get on a windows machine and empty the memory, re load software... they finally replaced it. 7 months later the same thing happened. Couldn't hear anything unless I plugged in a wired headphone. They wouldn't replace it because it was over a year. But to me - this is a design flaw and the phone is expensive enough that it should work for longer than 7 months. The other phones that I have... read full review »
