After receuvung several unexplained charges to our credit card, a call was finally made to the telephone number listed on back of the Acai Berry bottle. During the first call, it was explained nothing could be done without the operator filling out some "form" and that a call back should be made in 30 minutes. No one answered that return call. A second call was made later that evening and I firmly told them to take our name off the list, do not send any further product nor charge our card for anything.
