THIS IS A SCAM!!! When you call the customer support number that they provide to send back the product you are just left on hold (1-888-247-5160). The phone number listed on my Amex statement (1-877-653-0015) doesn't work. The statement also listed a "doing business as" section which stated www.vytalis.com which when you go to that website it brings you directly to a screen which is looking for your credit card info to get place an order.
