I am extremely impressed with the knowledge and compassion of their service technician. He knew what he was doing and got our dryer that was not heating fixed within 2 hours. I was also kept updated about arrival time, so I could go on with daily life, which I appreciated so much. I will continue using their service for my appliance repair needs.
