There's no pressure in scheduling and the service charge was not costly. The assigned technician was knowledgeable enough, friendly, and sincere. He's nice to work with when it comes to this matter. As he started fixing my dryer that was not heating, we saw that he exerted so much effort to come up with the best quality of the repair.
