I ordered a free credit report, a few weeks later was billed $14.95 on my credit card. I called to cancel, whatever this was, but they told me that they can't give me a refund, even though the fee that I paid was for the whole month. So they cancelled me with no refund, for a service that i am clearly not going to use for the rest of the month. I guess it is free money for them, ripping people off like that. And the manner they talk to the clients is just outrageous, would never recommend this company to anybody. read full review »
