I’ve never felt lied to or treated poorly. The technician was very kind to me the entire service. He only took an hour fixing up my oven that was not heating. I never saw him having difficulties in fixing up the problem. I was delighted knowing that the problems were fixed after an hour. I had no problem using it anymore.
