Was told to make a claim to get my money back by email and guess what...no such address. Because of this charge my credit card is over the limit and then have to pay additional charges because of that. When I called to complain and cancel they wouldn't even listen to me and the guy was unreasonal and rude. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford all this. HELP, please. read full review »
