Hi, I foolishly requested a trial sample of Acai berry and Life cleanse which after 2 weeks never arrived. As such i telephoned Viv3Lab and used the Option 1 to cancel the order. I informed them that since i had not received any trial sample i shouldn't have to even pay P&P. However, this seemed to confuse the individual so i just confirmed cancellation. Despite doing this i have still been invoiced £79 + £3.95 P&P x 2 for the products. This company is obviously operating a fraudulent scam. To make matters worse... read full review »
