I cancelled by phone the same day I ordered. I still got billed and still rec'd product . When I got home after vacation I had two product packages. I called to say that I had already cancelled, but they had no record of it, and said I had to cancel online. I'm sending the 2 packages back unopened and asking for cancellation of my order and refund on my credit card for the 2 packages of product. read full review »
