i made a booking by phone at central reservations. when booking i verified more than 3 times what was included, beds, balcony view, parking and breakfast. i paid in full as we are due to visit shortly. i got an email confirmation but their was no mention of breakfast. i emailed and got reply back to say it was not included. i replied explaining that it was quoted and their must be a mistake. a reply came back saying no. i phoned and explained again what had happened, a very rude woman basically said to me that was how it is take it or leave... read full review »
