Ordered the AcaiX3 product on a FREE trial basis in April and never received it. When I did not receive the product I did not think it neccessary to cancel nor was it possible to return what I never received. My CC was not charged until June 29, 2009 in the amount of $88.55. If there policy is that you have 30 days to cancel or you will be charged than not charging me until June (two months later) is clearly out of their policy and rather shady.
