I have a serious concern with MAKEMYTRIP's horrendous approach to doing business. these jerks feel they can treat us whatever way they want to ... I booked a ticket and had to cancel some 6 weeks back, number one they charge my card for the ticket then charge again for the cancellation fee while the consumers are expected with 2 way money stuck up with them for how long i dont know ...
