On 01/29/10 I took my car to this shop to have my upper and lower ball joint replaced. The first estimation I got was for $559.00 and when I told him I wanted a better brand (Moog Brand) he raised the price for labor based only on the brand of the part to $670.00. This to me is unfair practices. I told him I wanted the warranty up front, before I left the car and before he gave the first quoted price however once it was time to pick my vehicle up the mechanic said to me he did not put the part I requested on my vehicle thus no warranty however... read full review »
