They called before the technician's arrival time. When the technician arrived, he was courteous, he explained what he's going to do with our cooktop that was not igniting and how long it would take. I was happy when he found out another minor problem and was able to fix it as well the same day. The result of the repair was great. The cost also was reasonable.
