Proactiv has the absolute customer service I have ever dealt with. I used Proavtiv a few years back and it worked and was a quality product. So recently I decided to try it again. I think in order to cut costs they not only made the bottles they come in complete crap (the little plastic connecter on the top breaks on every single bottle and then the top doesn't shut and the product dries out), but I think they cut corners on the formula as well.
