I purchased a report through the internet from Barton Publishing. I was charged $61(USD) on the 30, 12, 2008 and then on the 31/12/2008, I was charged another $1.88 for something that I never received from WelwatchMD8005916383. and again on the 15/01/2009 I charged another $30.58, This company is a scam and is ripping people off.
