I received the ab circle pro in my home about a week ago. The strange thing was that every single part was there except two of the end caps. I immediately got on the phone to customer service and to this day, after a week of calling, no one will answer the phone. It says to call during off peak hours but even during those times you get the recording and they hang up onyou!
