My computer crashed and ordered Norton. I have an HP V90000 laptop. In order to go on the internet and get help, I needed protection. I obtained and since I ordered it before, I was to be credited the HP Norton-Symanted. I'm very upset because this caused me to be overdrawn on Christmas gifts. I didn't find out until my Jan statement. I'm going in for surgery and need it still resolved. read full review »
