The technician did a great job of explaining what he was doing along the way in servicing my wine cooler that was not cooling. This technician was very knowledgeable and cordial during the repair. This technician really made me feel very satisfied. I acknowledged him for doing his best in resolving my appliance excellently. I like him because he was so true to his work.
