The repair went very smoothly. They are very friendly and professional. I think their pricing is very reasonable. A courteous guy with a great deal of information about the furnace repair I requested from them for our furnace's problem. The technician arrived within an hour, immediately diagnosed the problem, and in no time was able to repair it. The service charge was also very reasonable and within our budget.
