We made a reservation through these guys via their website, the content of which extolls the virtues of their simple, hassle-free and low-cost service. Nowhere on the website does it in fact mention that you will be charged a minimum fee after engaging the reservation process. We needed a car for a weekend camping trip in Italy, last minute we changed our minds as the weather was awful.
