paid deposit of 20000 euros in june 2007 completion date was for june 2008 promissed mortgage in bulgaria for rest of money for property in may 2008. paid for furnishing summer 2008 costing around 5000 euros appartment finally finished end of november 2008 then at last moment told by bank in november all mortgages would be cancelled so we had no mortgage builders said they would give us 30 days to sort out a mortgage only if we paid another 15 percent of prise owed we said no as we had no gar antee to get it back ... read full review »
