In November of 2008, I agreed to have GE Money finance a new air conditioner for my condominium. The agreement was to pay six months with no interest charges. Once I received an actual credit card, I cut up this card and disposed of it since the purpose of having this account was to only pay off my air conditioner and not use it for future purchases.
