David Routhier, the creator of HerbAngel Fashion has been a cannabis expert for decades. Following his recent retirement from a marijuana dispensary David combined his fascination with cannabis with his love of fashion.  To bring cannabis lovers together under one tent, David and his team have worked tirelessly to convert his idea into a brand.
