Bought $6500 worth of appliances and paid for delivery in Oct 2008. During delivery of the stove, the delivery company cracked both sides of the counter top. No resolution as of yet. We were told to go after the delivery company (we did not hire them, they are sub contractors for Sears) then Sears told us to make a claim thru our Home insurance. Yeash! Any ideas?
