I would like to inform u that claim No 60205076/9030649 against Maruti Insurance Company is lying pending since March 2009 and the Insurance Company has delayed which is against the rules and regulations of the Insurance Companies. Due to delay in the claim the car service centre has refused to provide cashless facilities which is again contrary to the existing rules of the Maruti Insurance.
