Utility companies should be more regulated. I have always lived in an SRP area and this time I got stuck in an APS home. Boy did they bend me over and make me take it up the a$$ to get electricity for me and my kids. $235 deposit, in advance. Once I paid that they said they would hook up my electric sometime next week. Which gives me and my kids 4-5 days in an un-airconditioned house in AZ during the hottest weekend of the year so far.
