We called Idearc repeatedly trying to discontinue our small yellow page listing for our construction company. Finally, they told me that we had to discontinue service in writing. Meanwhile, they had renewed us for another year. When I refused to pay they called us daily trying to collect and threatened to turn us over to a collection agency. I ended up paying for an additional year for a listing that I did not need. I still don't know if they have stopped the charges. If you have any alternative do not use this company. read full review »
