A year ago my wife used our debit card to purchase Classmates.com gold membership, was a 3 month special for $15. She canceled the account a couple weeks after she purchased the membership, so when the 3 months was up we didn't get charged. We got billed by Classmates.com yesterday for $39 exactly 1 year after the original account was bought, even though the account was canceled.
