From CNN website saw "Mom" advertisement testimonial on Dazzle White Pro. Ordered trial for $1.95. 14 days later an additional unauthorized charge of $58.76 showed up on my account. Called the company at 1 866-989-2686. After about a 10 minute wait on hold, the CSR told me I had agreed to the charge by paying the $1.95 for P/H for the trial and that if I didn't call within 14 days I'd receive the full product.
