I ordered one set of Bendaroos at £19.95, they never gave me any confirmation of my order by email or otherwise. Did receive the Bendaroos but instead of receiving the one pack as ordered, they sent me two therefore charging me £30 plus P&P which came to a grand total of £56 when it should have been £19.95 plus £5.99 P&P!!! and they charged my card accordingly! Im extremely disappointed as this advert is shown on a childrens channel therefore there will be many other people having the same problem, i.e.. overcharging!!! read full review »
