I cancelled a satcover extended warranty 3 years ago . Last year i then also stopped using a sateelite reciever. Last June a direct debit payment was made to satcover fro £6. I had not requested this direct debit and, as i do not now have a satellite reciever, would not want this cover. My bank has said that they will reimburse me for this amount and the direct debit has been cancelled. Surely this is theft and legal proceedings should be taken against satcover. My bank dosn't seem to want to persue this type of action and i cannot find any legal agency that seems to cover this type of fraud. read full review »
