We are happy with their response time. It had been the right decision that I had this company's assistance for the matter I had with my Central ac that wasn't blowing air. Their service technician is very experienced and attentive. He was able to fix my AC in a mere hour and even charged me less for the service, which saved me a pair of dollars.
