I read a couple of bad reviews online, but bought my sofa slipcovers anyway from this company. Bad Idea. The extra $40 I thought I was saving is not worth the customer No-service. I need to return the items unused and in original packaging. I accept the terrible 20% re-stocking fee and shipping deduction from my return. However, the return address is not listed with the merchandise. I am instructed to call the 1-800 number to get a "return merchandise number" (RMN).
