Another person who has two comments on here - Marcia - was totally right: file a complaint with the BBB of Eastern MA, ME, RI & VT (boston.bbb.org). I filed my claim YESTERDAY and the company has ALREADY SETTLED for the full amount I requested - $64.95 for the Acai Advanced and the $24.95 for the "Live Lean for Life".
