The repairman explained his process and suggested the next steps clearly and proactively. I was so overwhelmed by his ability in dealing with my ac service needs. He's an expert one for he knew exactly the best solutions for my faulty unit. He's also fast, thus the repair process was completed within an hour only. It was all done perfectly.
