Dear Sir, Madma, With reference to complaint no 22097416 which was registered by me . i am facing signal problem at piple gurav (Bhairavnath nagar) Ser no 77, yesterday i got call from your customer care he told me that check the singlal, but till date your singnal so weak means they are playing like hide & seek, I am in sales & service guy. every call is very important to me, hence i requested you to please enchance the signal at same area. one more thing i would like to tell you that i can see tower from my home (1KM far from my house) Please do the needful.
