Dear Sir, I am using your service from 3 years first one and half month it is prepaid and from December2007 it is postpaid.. I am very dissatisfied with your service and your service personnal as he is not involve in my complaint. Just in the last month i have not recieved your airtel Bill with details and i have spoken to ur call centre on 11.07.09 Mr. Rohit and give my all details including my address also and instruct him to provide my bill detail so that i will pay the bill..
