On Nov 13, 2008, I ordered a FREE sample of both AcaiPure and ColoPure. I was only supposed to be charged shipping and handling. However, on 12/16 I saw a debit of $39.95 on my checking account from a company called fit-fac.com (which apparently is an affiliated company). I e-mailed them to tell them I had no interest in being a member of their website and asking for a reverse debit. As of today, Jan 56, 2009, my account STILL has not been credited.
