I ordered a trial of Nature Cleanse and tried to cancel the product prior to having the automatic order shipped but could not get anyone to answer the the phone number. The three options on the phone were: press one if you are in your trial period; press 2 if your trial period has passed; press 3 if you wish to order additional supplies. I held for over 30 minutes on #1 and well over an hour on #2 and did not call #3. No one ever picked up the phone; in fact, it sounded like someone continually pressed the hold button to keep the music going... read full review »
