We sent our SUV to Strauss for new back tires and the mechanic broke off one of the lug nuts. We had to pay for the lug nut they broke and an additional $41.00 for labor. My husband and I feel we already brought new tires we were there for them to put them on (Simple enough for those that know what they are doing.) Strauss should of owned up to their poor work and should of been glad to replace that part they broke without charging it to the customer after all they broke it.
