My mobile phone N72 was handed over to Nokia Care, Chandrapur on 02.07.2009 as it was dead. The people at Nokia care told me to take delivery after 5-6 days. I phoned the centre on 07.07.2009 and enquire about the progress. They told that the phone is ready and I can take delivery. When I went to Nokia Care on 08.07.2009, the phone didn't start. The Nokia Care asked me to come on 09.07.2009. When I went on 09.07.2009, they handed over my phone dead and told that they cannot repair it.
