I noticed an unauthorized charge on my debit card on July 3. In attempting to contact the company, was notified that their phone system was down and to go to their website which was also down. In their phone message, the indicated that I could cancel my "membershi" (to what and why) by pressing 1. All this did was NOTHING!!!
