The only person kevin is helping is himself. By the time you find out he is charging an extra $ to your debit card he has the money and all you gain by cancelling is that he wont get another $10 from you. He is getting money legally by getting the first charge or may be more until you realize they are taking money from your bank account. SCAM but legal.
