I purchased a home warranty protection plan to cover any major problems that may arise, I have had no claimes in 1 1/2 years yet when my a/c went out Nationwide acted like they had never heard of me. First I had to wait 24-48 hours, then I just got the run around for three days, then they were sending Fredericks Machine (which is another high class outfit) who didn't show up (tried to call Fredericks but business phone was pay as you go/disposable, so now we are on day 7 and nobody is answering at Nationwide.
