i am purchased a fully automatic machine with model no. AW60-8062 on 11-07-2009 from ur franchisee vide name STAR ELECTRONICS in cherthala, alappuzha district. So far the machine is not installed. its happened only due to the non awareness of dealer who didnt give any details. they only says that the technitian come and install the machine and we will inform the details of ur address to company. my old parents wait for the technitian. is this the way the most reputed company dealing with their customers. i prefer the brand only because of its after sales service. take appropriate actions. yours faithfully Mohammed Salih.M 9961016444 read full review »
