Jack in the Box, San Rafael, CA. I went through the drivethru in this particular Jack in the Box and ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with an egg roll and a small drink. When I finally received my order, only the Teriyaki Bowl was present. I asked the cashier if I could have the rest of my order.
